Pakistani rishta notes for the United States: time zones, the city you live in, and why immigration papers do not belong on a profile.
Families search from New York, New Jersey, Texas, California, Virginia, Illinois, and many other states. The United States is not a city. Set the country to United States and write the metro area you live in. A person on a student visa, a citizen, and a permanent resident can all be honest about marriage. They should not upload the documents that prove it.
The time difference with Pakistan is part of the rishta. Say when you can speak to elders, and do not treat a missed midnight call as disrespect. Hamsar will not coach a visa interview or store a passport scan. If someone you meet asks for money for a ticket, a lawyer, or a wedding hall you have not seen with your family, stop.

Who moves, including back
Some people in the US want a spouse from Pakistan who will move. Some want another Pakistani already in America. Some are open to returning. Write the sentence. A parent in Karachi or Islamabad helping with the search should not soften it to keep more options alive. Options that were never real waste a family's year.
Nikah paperwork is yours
A nikah in Pakistan, a civil step in a US state, or both, is a plan for the families and for professionals they hire. This website explains how to talk about it. It does not perform it and it does not check a marriage certificate. Do not send certificates to a match as an early courtesy.
Practical notes
- Name the US city or metro, not only USA.
- State whether you hope a spouse will move, stay, or you might return.
- Agree calling hours that elders in Pakistan can keep.
- Keep passports, visas, and social-security details out of chat.
In Find Matches, set the country to United States. You only see profiles someone published and marked discoverable. Hamsar does not list people on this page.
