Overseas Pakistanis
UK Pakistani Rishta
Rishta guidance for British Pakistanis in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Bradford and beyond. Who moves is a family decision. Hamsar is not an immigration service.
British Pakistani families search from London, Birmingham, Manchester, Bradford, Leeds, Glasgow, and smaller towns, sometimes for someone already in the UK and sometimes for someone in Pakistan. Those are different proposals. Write the country as United Kingdom and the city where the person actually lives. Add, in words, whether a spouse would be expected to move.
Hamsar does not give visa advice, does not file spouse applications, and does not rank people by passport. Citizenship, permanent status, and a visit visa are facts the family may discuss with their own solicitor. They are not badges on this site. Never pay a match to start paperwork.
This page explains how families search. It does not list profiles, member totals, or stories about real couples.
Parents in Pakistan, life in Britain
A common shape is parents in Lahore, Sialkot, Mirpur, or Karachi running the search while the person lives in the UK. Say that plainly. Say who attends the first video call, and whether nikah would be in Pakistan, in Britain, or both. A spouse who has never lived in the UK needs a realistic picture of work, weather, and family visits, not a brochure.
Two British cities are not interchangeable
London and Bradford are both the UK. Families, masjid life, rent, and jobs are not the same. Name the city. If you would move inside the UK for the right person, say the cities you would consider. If you will not leave your parents' town, say that before anyone flies.
Practical notes
- Set country to United Kingdom and name the real city.
- State who is expected to move, before the nikah is booked.
- Do not send passport scans to prove where you live.
- Use your own lawyer for immigration. This site will not do it.
In Find Matches, set the country to United Kingdom. You only see profiles someone published and marked discoverable. Hamsar does not list people on this page.
